RECENT PROJECTS: MACMILLAN McGRAW-HILL Digital Illustration and design for K-6 Science textbooks to be published in 2008, inlcuding book cover for Leveled Reader for Grade 5 on Soil Layers. Other topics include: layers of the tropical rainforest, pollination, science poem about weather, kelp forest community, flower cutaway, photoshynethesis, lilypads above and under water. NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDENS, BRONX NY Digital illustrations for over 50 signs for the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden at the New York Botanical Gardens. Size of the signs varies, but many are very large format, the largest being 10 feet by 5 feet and the smallest being seven inches by seven inches. Most of the signs feature scenes with multiple plants and animals in a natural environment. Others are single images involved in conveying information about food chains or question and answer signs.
